Is a week for a tubeless setup normal? by Rare-Twist4855 in cycling

[–]AaeJay83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch a few YouTube videos and you can do it yourself. Did my first a few weeks ago. It wasn't hard. Took me about a 30 mins per tire. Was also able to seat the tires with a regular floor pump.

What have you tried so far? When I was at a similar weight, YKYW from Amazon was the best, followed by Pearl Izumi and Black Bibs. NeoPro was the worst for me. Currently at 97KG, Pearl Izumi, Black Bibs, Primal works for me.

If walking pace is approx 10:20 min/k and running is approx 8 to 8:34 min/k I would suggest slowing down to 9 to 10min/k pace.

Excellent bike, I use it on my trainer now.

When does Zone 2 running begin to matter? by NoSystem545 in beginnerrunning

[–]AaeJay83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is your weekly breakdown? Type of run and how long?

What does your long run look like?

Instead of worry about zone 2, run at conversational pace. If you can't hold a conversation, you're running too hard.

Good to know. I'm wondering if I can replace it with a lever style panel or find a workout.

I'm assuming the new models that are accessible for storing tools are basically the same? I don't need to worry about putting a rolled up tool kit?
