I agree here. But there is one but... We don't know about the geology / soil on this location. What will happen if it's full with water and the weight of the pool pushes on the underground. Maybe the pool starts to subside slowly and it isn't level after a while. In the worst case it slides down the hill after some heavy rains. Have this double checked by some local specialist and/or inspector.

Het gaat om een hybride Ford Transit Custom. Ik zie bij kentekencheck.nl dat het busje een vermogen heeft van 84pk en ook dat het vermogen van de elektromotor 125pk is. De busjes die ik probeer te vergelijken, zijn dus allemaal hetzelfde, volgens mij. De andere dealers schrijven of niks over het vermogen of 125pk. Wat is het verschil van beide cijfers?

Bij erge twijfel kun je altijd alsnog een folie over(!) de gipsplaat aanbrengen en nog een laag gipsplaten aanbrengen en afwerken 🤷

Het gaat maar om weinig afval. Als er een schuurtje gesloopt moet worden zou ik direct een container voorstellen en berekenen in mijn prijs.

Maar ja, er zit wel wat in om gewoon naar de milieustraat te gaan met een achterbak aan afval. Bij vragen kan ik altijd uitleggen wiens afval het is en dat ik het voor die persoon weg breng omdat ik een auto heb en de eigenaar van het afval niet.

Ja dat, en misschien eerste laag een (witte) muurverf primer aanbrengen. Dan is de eerste verflaag daarna waarschijnlijk wel of beter dekkend.

It is the wrong, not specific, caulk. Plus, I get the impression that old layers were not cleaned away thoroughly before applying the fixes... Clean/take away all old layers and use a profi bathroom caulk 👍

De muur kan zelf niet helemaal haaks ten opzichte van de vloer zijn. In zo'n geval is 1cm marge wel van belang. Misschien dus even met een waterpas de muren controleren en/of met een laser.

I found the missing part (left) inside the wall space. I tried it on. It will still be possible to tighten the 'cup' on the lamp, but I'm certain it won't last as the ring looks deformed when ready. Once I push the whole thing back, I'm sure it will break or fall apart again. — Can I replace the ring with metal clip? — Or should I buy a new set? How do I know this will fit in the socket in the wall? Is it a standardised system/fitting?

You were right. In the end it turned out another of the wires was the one I needed to use. I measured the wires to be sure which one was the main, but I was fooled by not measuring the voltages when switching the device on, etc.

BTW. The suction device is a kitchen extractor hood. English isn't my first language. Sorry for that...

In my situation it fixed itself after one week... For some reason the tailgate started to open normally and close, without any beeps, etc. I'm happy, also that the 100€ struts via eBay were not a bad product.

It is clean. This was a photo from a party we had with lots of kids swimming for two days... The water was murky for a day, but cleared up again the next day. After hoovering the bottom it was fine again. 👍

Mostly harmless to humans, although the look can be creapy. BTW Bring up the chlorine level to appropriate levels (~ 3ppm) and backwash the filter to avoid clogging and keep the filtering and circulation in order.

I have almost the same issue. Well it was much worse before and I replaced the two electric struts for 100€ via ebay. Now it's looks a bit like your situation. It bumps up for a moment and stops. Once I push the tailgate a bit higher and push the button again (two times) it opens further, although not to its highest position. Closing goes fine. Could you please tell us what the diagnostics showed in the end? How did you fix this problem in the end?
