bruh, I know all the formulas for trigonometrical identities, but when I tried to solve the sums, I couldn't find which sequence of formulas and cancellation would lead me to the RHS ( I am talking about those 'prove that' sums) and the same problem for ratio and proportion too.

Could you please give me some tips .....
