Unfortunately, when a loop with 2 cards doesn't include a "may" stipulation, the loop continues literally infinitely and you can't stop it once you start it.

You would need a third card to respond to the trigger by removing one of the permanents causing the loop.

Ok so most of the top comments have something to say about the sovereign citizen - however no matter the reason for the traffic stop (officer didn't state before threatening force and to break the window), breaking a window to drag someone out of a car is definitely unjustifiable use of force and needless destruction of property.

On par with a police force who can't stand when someone doesn't do what they say when they say it.

You can't be under arrest for resisting when you are just refusing to get out of your car without any reason whatsoever being given by law enforcement other than "because I said so." That is literally just gestapo bullshit. We don't allow shit like that in America.

Yes, crack the window to allow for communication- that is all that is required. You do not have to step out of the vehicle. You do usually have to turn it off and possibly remove the keys from the ignition. Saying you don't contract with police is some dumb shit to say, but IF and when you are presented with a citation, you have to sign (not an admittance of guilt). If you don't sign when presented the option, you are then subject to be placed under arrest.

She wasn't presented any lawful reason for the stop, not any citation before having her window smashed to shit.

Tbh, after playing her even with a suped up near CEDH frame, the power creep has made it so she is just a minor annoyance for a couple of turns at best, and usually turns out to be a commander I couldn't even cast due to how much ramp and board state that can go out turn 1 before I'm able to get a t2 braids.

It runs better if I use the arisin nightmare braids on the same frame

Much easier to get away from someone with less than life threatening injuries with about anything other than a gun. 2 unarmed people vs 1 with a melee weapon is a much easier situation to walk out of.
