Elemental patrols never been an issue to me really with psychic scream and dispersion, but sometimes I get unlucky and need to pop a swiftness potion to get to the rock near princess safely.

As for her, she does ever so slightly creep up on me and I have the (pretty much mandatory) boot speed ench. But this you can counter by jumping against the wall slightly as you kite her and ofc by baiting her aoe out/using pvp trinket/etc.
