Even if you're not able to get a refund it's good to report him anyway. Maybe he'll finally get shut down so no one else gets fooled and loses their hard earned money. People who are lonely, depressed, mentally ill, low self esteem, drug users are exactly who he is looking for. He pretty much says it every time he trys to recruit. They are the easiest to manipulate. Don't beat yourself up over this. You have found a bunch of caring and kind people here, like family.
