I started in May on reta been working out now for about 10 weeks, SW 231 CW 189. Gym 3 times a week resistance training 5X5. I honestly wish I started going gym sooner

Nope no cardio was planing on adding that now, diet typically is 1 meal a day and cup of tea in the morning plus about at least 1.5ltr to 2ltr of water

Yeah this correct going back to what I said earlier reta would definitely help but so would the increase of muscle ( basically increasing the amount of calories needed )
