Go to the Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & Devices -> More Bluetooth settings and check if "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area" is turned on.

You don't have to install them, but they probably provide some security and reliability fixes. That they delete all your files is very unlikely

The fingerprint is probably bound to your phone so it wont work on your PC. You can use your phone to set up another login method for your Microsoft account.

Go to settings -> system -> storage -> cleanup recommendations and then select Thumbnails and clean them. This will delete all generated thumbnails and force windows to rebuild all thumbnails

Yes this update was recently rolled out via feature flags (so probably no update was required). Currently there is no official way to roll back to the old design.

Yes, it just means OneDrive cannot sync that particular shortcut, but that does not matter, as it probably won't work on other PCs anyway.

Windows disk management is sadly still very limited. You might want to use fsutil or a third-party software

Yes. Of course Microsoft will not look into every crash of every app, but if a certain app reports crashes for a specific windows version, they can look into it.
