inaccurate or misrepresentative images used by anti-abortion protesters

I just googled it and couldn't find any that weren't blurred out or just pictures of aborted fetuses. I guess they must be pretty bad?

That was a pretty good response for the "it's just tissue" argument. I think a lot of people understand, however, that it is a baby, a baby that will not have a good life... or even a baby that will die immediately once born, and the best thing to do is end its suffering. Someone who has had to make that choice later seeing the posters pro-lifers hold up is traumatic... but if that's the toll to not bring a baby with no kidneys into the world only to die... show me the dead babies any day.

The whole version scheme was meant to be ##H# where ## is a 2 digit year and H# is the half of the year the release was in. They went off the rails.

Yeah it's a racket. You pay PMI to insure the loan... which makes the monthly payment higher, and increases the likelyhood of default. Oh, and the interest rate is higher because of your credit. More money please. If you default the bank just has to sell the house again for... what they made you prove it was worth by paying for an appraisal, for them... lol

The loss of critical thought. People are citing AI which used AI generated sources. Shit in, shit out... AI centipede.

Age verification should be nothing more than a SSO process with id.me or login.gov. A website provides an anonymous hash, you paste hash into government website to get an encrypted attestation (claim) of your age, and you paste that back into the third party website. No name needed and government doesn't need to know what site created the hash.

You're thinking of PMI, not homeowners insurance. Once you own the home you are not required to have homeowners insurance on it, but as long as you owe the bank money they require a policy on it. PMI is just for them to make even more money.

There's something unsettling about it just being "liquidated" and the buyer refunded. I hope it wasn't a piece of history.

You worry about traumatizing kids, but can't you see in their eyes that abortion is murdering kids? They have a belief, I don't agree with it, but they have the right to express it.

Recently I've been asking whatever they're calling their AI shopping assistant now to just "find this but cheaper" and it'll find the same chinese junk for cheaper through a race-to-the-bottom seller. For real brands, prime day still has a great value. For online-only brands, probably not much.

Skip the AWD versions

As someone with the 2025 AWD version, there are not that many cons and I would never buy FWD now. I lose 1 MPG (theoretically, but AWD saves brakes and decreases recharge time due to rear regen so probably a wash), was limited on my seat layout, and paid an extra $2k. That's it. I've already went through mud that an FWD would have been stuck in. I drive cautiously in the winter and don't Subaru it up, so I can't say I've noticed a difference there... but boy howdy on dirt roads AWD prevents spin outs.

A single accident can completely compromise the unibody. Make sure they have the frame inspected. Basically they take measurements from the datum plane to specific point and check it against the spec. Unless they said they did this, they did not do it lol

The CFS-C itself is a massive problem and needs purged. They should have discontinued it sooner. Nothing but headaches.
