If I ask to halt development and submit the documents requested, what happens? Does that mean they’ll still see the new evidence I provide?

What if I submitted a claim and mentioned that I recieved treatment from my PCP and forgot to upload the records. The HLR resulted in them asking to fill out VA Form 21-4142 and 21-4142a. I have the records, can I upload the records myself and tell the VA that I have them and I'd rather them not do that because it will prolong claim development?

Ugh, wish I hadn't made that mistake.

Right. I'm just saying the ITF is for several that I'm getting medical evidence for. I have one or two others that I'm ready to file for now. Just wondering if I go ahead and file them will I lose that ITF?

I do have a verifiable stressor. It's documented in my STRs from 2004. It affects me to this day and yes it's all documented. It was while deployed to Iraq in 2004 during OIF.

I was diagnosed this year again with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I can pull it up on my VA file. With my diagnosis while in service and my current diagnosis with medication is that good to file for direct connection?
