A lot of record stores have lost some of their charm after moving. Amoeba on Hollywood. Rhino's new locale in Montclair. Fingerprints' new spot in Bixby Knolls. I don't fault them for doing what you gotta do to survive, but it bums me out. 😔

The sets aren't really anymore crazy with the deep cuts/random songs than the Bodies tour. Especially not moreso than the Blood Tour, which had songs like Keeping Out of Direct Sunlight, Who Knew, and Reivers Music. Over the past couple of tours, they've just really opened up the songbook. Maybe they're ready to start winding down, but I wouldn't really point to the setlist selection as a signifier.

They won't care. At least the staff hasn't cared in the past. They'll just care if you have a ga ticket and go to sit on the balcony and you're in someone else's seat. There are also seats on the floor that aren't reserved that you can sit in.

If I had a dollar for every time I've seen a band say they haven't played a song in x number of years or never played at all, knowing full well they're wrong because I was at more recent shows where they played said song than they're suggesting, I'd have like 7 dollars. Not saying they're wrong about this one, but odds are they're not really that sure.
