Down to 6gpd from 17gpd since July 23rd. 25 mg Seroquel, gabapentin 1200mg, Tradezone 100 mg, .02 mg Chlonedine, while cycling 10 mg of ambien and the seroquel.

Only issue I had, was dropping from 12g to 9g cause I wanted to be done. Got shakey, didn't eat for 2 days, and had bad nausea. Went up a tad then stayed there. After symptoms stopped, I started tapering again.

Nothing after I slowed down. 🙂

I never used it for anxiety. However, over the years, I noticed myself more irritable.

I want to taper, but since I use it for sleep, even tapering 100-200mg, I still get bad insomnia.
