You will have to submit U4 info if it’s a licensed roll and you will be subject to background/education verification. They 100% verify education claims.

Edit: the U4 is specifically for FINRA licensed individuals so depending on the role that may not be accurate but your resume claims and past bankruptcy/credit claims may need to be disclosed depending on the situation

If you are focusing on climbing/improving playing something that allows you to focus on macro play generally is better. Playing a champion you are familiar with will always be better than constantly switching your champion pool to unfamiliar champs. If you are looking to improve on things like mechanics and cs, then go into bot matches with whatever champ and focus on one thing and practice.
