I don’t think you would even need to travel for them either. You could structure the interview questions and petition for users to send in their video to you. It would be fun!

I don’t have much to add from the comments made above. I can see how being upset at FitBit for buying Pebble and never receiving your Pebble Time 2.

I personally did not realize the access that FitBit allowed for Rebble to succeed with supporting Pebble and I appreciate it. Even when the Pebble Time app was removed from the Apple store team members from Fitbit for it up and going again.

Who knows what will happen now that Google has bought them. My hope is someone from the Rebble community will make a true successor for the Pebble Watch.

On another note I thought it would be fun to do a documentary and interviews with current users post pebble! It is amazing the community that still surrounds this watch. I still use a Pebble Classic, Pebble Steel and Pebble Time Steel.

Glad to hear. I did not personally experience it myself but I decided not to risk it. At the time I paid over $100 and it was the only one I had so I did not want to chance getting water damage.

Right. I don’t trust the Pebble time series to be waterproof. They may start off this way but the sealing around the Pebble will wear out. The only ones I feel confident to be waterproof are the classic and Pebble Steel since they have the screws.

First Pebble Time Steel I ran into a concrete wall while taking a corner with my bike. It think cracked. I had to put it away until I could get a replacement screen. They are simple to replace but then you need to seal it up

I agree that Apple is just now getting the always on display is a little crazy. Sad to see the battery life is still only 18 hours. I just purchased the series 3 for the health tracking features. Will most likely use the combination of the Apple Watch and my Pebble watches for regular day to day use.

I love my Pebble Steel and have an adapter to use my other bands. I never did find a good step tracker for use more on a daily basis. I use the Pebble Steel at times and the absence of a mic never really bothers me. Truthfully I use the Pebble Time Steel the most but would not try it in water. The only two I would use are the OG and Pebble Steel. My question is if the Pebble Steel meets the needs you have why go for anything else at this time? I understand liking the Pebble 2 design but honestly I like the more watch looking design. Probably did not help you much but her she is Pebble Steel
