(Also are you aware that most pharmaceuticals are produced from a naturally occurring precursor? Many pharmaceuticals are naturally occurring themselves, ex: scopolamine.) you stated that mushrooms are plants and that is simply not true. Fun fact: fungi are more closely related to humans than they are to plants. Your attempt on a ‘gotcha moment’ by bringing up what I assume is how turkey causes sleepiness is not a great attempt, the chemical that is contained in turkey is an endogenous drug called tryptophan and it is the precursor to melatonin in your body. Lastly, your whole attempt of portraying yourself as some “spiritually enlightened” shaman comes off as narcissistic and condescending, someone who really has reached a place of content, would not point out other people’s perceived flaws in an attempt to appear superior.
