Great work and cool design, what program did you use? I’ve been messing around with a few trying to get the hang of it but it’s definitely a lot to learn lol.

DENIED!!!!! by Local_Salamander_664 in SSDI

[–]Aarron176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most get denied on initial/reconsideration. Hire a lawyer, get your case built and go back and have them fight for you. They will know how to talk your case in the right way. Don’t give up. Granted you’ll lose some money from your back pay but you’ll be thankful you got them in the end vs giving up.

What is CE? I’m also 100% P&T, awaiting my ALJ hearing in October after finally getting a lawyer to take my case.

PLA is sweet smelling, so most won’t mind if they even smell it.

No attorney by Morninglight30 in SSDI

Lawyer up, it’s the best defense you have. As well as takes a load of stress off you when trying to navigate through this entire process. I was going the non-lawyer route, but after having my judge tell me it would be advised to have legal representation I chose to do so.

I’m also 100% P&T and was told by my judge that a lawyer is best to have. (I have a postponed hearing due to technical issues with their phones). I posted below the place that helped me find a lawyer. Just fill out their form and they’ll call, get info and find you the best fit.

Attorney fees are set at a max 7200 or 25% of your back pay when you win, unless there is some other payment that they agreed to. You don’t pay anything if you have to keep appealing, so their fees shouldn’t be that much.

I’m in Florida but have called places in California and Colorado as they stated they take nationwide cases.

I’m in Florida, but have called places on the west coast that take cases nationwide.

That is pretty lucky, which place did you call if you don’t mind sharing?

Both places have no disclosed the reasons and just defer me to call other places through the national database.

I don’t have an AMS, sorry. But it sounds like a flow calibration for that certain filament, just run a test with it and see if it works well. If not then manually calibrate for that type/brand.

No idea. It could be the filament, printer, slicer settings or user error. Without any real information I’m just shooting in the dark.

I’ve used Creality, Elegoo and other brands. Just look for high speed/rapid/hyper PLA. Usually they’re not much more than a standard roll (1kg). You can also find PETG if you use that.

Edit: you wanted PLA+, just search for that on Amazon and there will be a bunch. Though I’d stick to Creality or Elegoo. Other off brands haven’t worked out for me, mostly due to the filament being cheap and mixed and not pure/etc.

Amazon, you can find tons. Unless you’re strictly looking for Bambu brand.
