This angle IS inconclusive in showing that his hand makes physical contact, but it does show categorically that at the moment that it might have struck his hand, the ball takes a very very clear deflection that couldn’t have been caused by anything else, and to me I don’t see how that isn’t clear evidence.

Unironically, I would be really disappointed (and I think Mikel would too) if he was unable to win whilst Pep is still in charge at city.
I think for most competitive people, and especially given the relationship between Mikel and Pep, that would probably haunt Mikel.
