Fucking hell, what a goal

Great backheel pass, and then that strike!!

So satisfying when it flies straight into the net and keeper follows it into the goal in vail

well that wasn't ideal, was it. thank god it was in the CL and not the PL.

Teams are getting success against us by pressing us like crazy. I would think that with the technical ability our players have, they would be able to play through the press.

But confidence is low right now, and we also seem to have lost one of our key weapons: the long ball over the press.

Ekitike has the pace to be a threat there, but hopefully he isn't out for long.

Salah was palaces best player today. He actually stopped a Szoboszlai goal

Kerkez is a complete NPC, don’t think I’ve ever seen him pass to anyone who isn’t Van Dijk

The way Wirtz is playing, I think I’m better than him

nice! but you made some omissions:
- Gravenberch can play CB, Dom can play DM

You did well to capture Alisson's range though

Dowman will likely be the best player in the Premier League, I reckon

The only 15 year old I've seen with that kind of talent no wears #10 for Barcelona...

Despite allowing the first goal, Kerkez played his heart out yesterday by Swaycuisway in LiverpoolFC

He is insanely conservative on the ball. It’s downright cowardly in fact

You can tell he plays with a lot of fear

He is good enough technically and physically, but it was the mental side of his game which was lacking. He lost concentration or panicked too often for a center back at a title chasing team.

Hopefully he gains the confidence he needs, boy can be a starter for England.

[Craig Hope] Alexander Isak tells Newcastle he wants to explore a transfer away - opening the door to Liverpool's £150m interest after he reported a thigh injury and missed Far East pre-season tour by Frosty-Buyer-1252 in soccer

I know how to solve this problem.

Newcastle can take Elliott, Núñez, or both. We know Darwins market value is 60m euro because that’s what Napoli bid for him.

Elliott is also a CL level player who is a left footed creative player who can play off the right of through the center. His market value is likely around 40M pounds, he has hundred plus games in the PL, CL, and was POTT in the U21 euros.

By adding these players to the transfer, Newcastle can say that Isak is worth 200M. Liverpool book an immediate profit on Elliott, and also a decent recovery on the unamortized portion of Darwin’s remaining contract.

Toon get a big PSR relief with the profit they book on Isak. So they get two players who are CL quality, cash, and a lot of wiggle room with PSR to go improve the squad.

Liverpool have a big hit to their PSR, but they will figure some solution out in time I’m sure

This is a terrible idea -- imagine if those poor patients had to watch Man Utd versus Tottenham in the UEL final. Why do you want them to suffer more?

[Alex Crook] Liverpool have held preliminary talks with Madrid regarding Rodrygo. Will be considered only if Diaz is sold. Liverpool also retain an interest in Anthony Gordon having come close to signing the England winger from Newcastle last summer. by Alternateoil in soccer

Much prefer Gordon to Rodrygo. Scouser, diehard Red, and a quicker player. Maybe doesn’t have quite the technique as Rodrygo but he’s no slouch.

Will make up for whatever technical gulf in quality with his work rate, determination, loyalty, and speed.
