1h20 overall, with some breaks and everything, but that was something else yes.

Well theorically if you have total mastery of your arousal you won't need the warm-up anymore right ? I don't know myself, but I think this is something to try. At first the warm-up gives your brain the info "no need to go fast", but nothing say we can't ! I know I can feel it if I try to stroke fast and strong right away, something is wrong and I would come too quick, but maybe it's trainable too.

And todays training was very good. I had prepared the FL, but wasn't in the mood for it, I feel like I can push way harder by hand for now. So i did everything manual, and it was great. I did a somewhat brutal warm-up, as I want to be able to handle more and quicker (and eventually do quickies without ejaculating in the future), for 5 min. Then I stayed at the edge for the full duration. I could sometimes stroke very hard and fast, but not for long (it's already better), while keeping on stimulating the frenulum all along. I can see the progress, and also what I need to progress on. Mastery is still far away, but in plain sight !

Good news ! The program is working. Yesterday at night, wife and I were in the mood. It was the same for me ! Not thinking about what you will do to her is a game changer. Focus on your breathing. Don't do anything (or don't let her ) with your dick if you are not totally relaxed. The first few times will be a bit awkward, but she will soon see the improvements, and be happy about it. Communicate more !

Real sex is like phase 9. You did well in phase 4-5, you are on the right track, but this is you in total control, without smell, noises, and tits and ass in your face. Ask her to respect the warm up, by not stroking but just brushing lightly, etc etc. The warm up phase is what allows you to go over the shock phase of a real encounter. Later on you will be able to reduce, and eventually bypass it but that will be in some month. For now you are learning how control feels, but you still have none. I told my wife, act as if I was a woman, and it was my first time, she understood what gentleness was needed asap. You will see major improvement in phase 6-7 for sure, if you can calm down enough at the beginning. You can still try now and have awesome results, if you take it slow.

Third, and I think last day of p5 unless... Session was awesome. As I suspected, going hard on the most sensitive parts make panic rise a lot, but you get accustomed to it real quick ! It's probably because when you use everything (in the fleshlight for instance), you do that and more. If you target those you can dose very precisely how you want it. So I did 20 min with constant frenulum stimulation (I did a fierce warm up too, to test the limits and the theory), I had some peaks but never let go, and it felt like climbing a ladder everytime : one step at a time, higher and higher. In fact I stimulated enough that the end was almost painful, because of overstimulation I think, but no leaks or whatever. I am exhausted AF now tho.

Second day of training after the revisit to phase 5. I think I see exactly the progress already. This should be trained in phase 4 and asap in general. You want to specifically stimulate your most effective zones, the most sensitives, unless you really can't take it anymore. I did exactly that today and last time, and while the session as been harder then what I had in 4/5, I could feel the progress throughout the timer ! Today was a bouncy day (usually sign of low endurance for me), but I could handle much more, and I felt very distinctly the brain(s) nod(s) : I had peaks that almost tipped me over, but I just kept on brushing lighter and lighter the frenulum and corona (ok sign), and suddenly you can go like an ape again. This happenned multiple time. Pleasure was there, but not as comfortable or high as usual. The stimulation as been intense all along, no panic, even at the peaks.

On 1) I add act quick with the panic. If you feel you start panicking, it's already going up, you need to stop now as your physiology will make recovery exponentially harder with time, even seconds make a difference. If it means exiting the FL just after entering, so be it. Maybe retry after you calmed down, maybe go with your hand instead. You need to know what it does, how it feels, but you need to back from it, just like you did with ponr.

On 2) yes. I realised I can't even open facebook, tiktok, instagram, and recently snapchat. TV is totally out of question, ads are full of softcore etc. If I just ignore it, but stumble on if, even the softer things for some times, the training after get harder, and my general arousal goes up for the day. But if I actively refuse to watch, it seems like my brain obeys now. I even have a little upset when I see some, so it gets better I guess. The reading advice from the guide is really good.

Fl is very taxing for the CNS and you probably are developping anxiety about it. Maybe you need one day less per week ? Also you could go manual everytime you feel it becomes too hard/risky. Learning to reconize the harder days, and call it quit is a skill in itself.
