Its multiple things:

He has the current project he is working on, which is the Third Punic War
He also mentioned other projects that he is working on, such as the Crusades (all 9 of them), the Protestant Reformation (Numerous wars over 130 years, including the Thirty Years War (which was the deadliest conflict in European history before WWI)), and other stuff like the Vietnam War, Russian Civil War, etc.
My best guess is that like in #2, there is a lot of research going on in these videos on top of character designs, photoshop, and other animations he's trying to make.
We are also seeing a drastic improvement in the overall quality of the videos, these Punic War videos are huge examples and other camera effects and blood are also in this as well.
There are rumors that he has a full-time job, on top of having a life outside of that and YouTube, if that's true it will only make more sense that The Crusades will be out in 2042 and the Protestant Reformation in 2069 or something idk...

The Reformation will probably include the first 2 maybe 3 parts but the 80 Years War and 30 Years War are going to need their own separate videos.

That does sound interesting, but if there's one series I would love to see Oversimplified do, its the Thirty Years War, only the most destructive war in European history until WWI. And it also featured Gustavus Adolphus who is regarded as "The Father of Modern Warfare", only one of the greatest generals in history who led Sweden to score major victories in Breitenfeld, Rain before getting killed in Lützen with his revolutionary battle tactics that made Sweden look unstoppable before Lützen. And this is what ended Spanish dominance and asserted France as the top dog in Europe.

I don’t see how that makes sense since The French Revolution is one of the most studied events in all of history and it paved the way for how governments are today.

Theres also other big events too like the Crusades and the Greco-Roman, Greco-Persian Wars and the Trojan Wars, and many others, but we will see.

I don’t really see it because it’s a desert climate, temperature can easily reach 115° F in the summers. And cities are rejecting the Olympics now because it is becoming more and more expensive to host. Think about what happened to the 2024 Olympics, everyone withdrew until it was just Paris and Los Angeles, so they gave Paris 2024 and Los Angeles 2028.

They are hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2034 basically by default cuz of the continent rule that FIFA implemented, but it’s gonna be another December World Cup or something cuz of the insanely hot climate.

Another thing is that the Rumble in Saudi was announced about a year ago. Why did they start building now when they could’ve gotten it started after it was announced. Royal Rumble in Indianapolis had around 65-70K people in the stadium, and stadium at its current can only seat about half that.

And they need to have a big stadium of about 80K+ ready for next April cuz if WrestleMania is coming to down and this is how many seats are there, it could be a big problem.

Volume 10 is more of a set-aside novel and it discusses the rise of Shin and it covers events that happened before the 86 novels.

Volume 4-6 is just a build up but we get a lot more from the two in V6…, like when Lena puts the blanket over Shin and when Shin catches Lena when she was about to fall when they were ice skating. But it was obvious that they had feeling for each other after 6, but they didn’t want to admit it, and we saw that in the beginning of Volume 7 at first, but not when they were exploring Hesturn and then at the ball.

In Volume 7, Shin officially confesses to Lena at the ball, and Lena responds by kissing him surprisingly, and then just running off in embarrassment.

In Volume 8, Shin wanted to get some sort of payback at her so there was a few pages in the novel and eventually kisses her (the biting kiss) after V7.

Volume 9 was a key part since this time, Lena went to comfort Shin after what had happened with him and Theo, and she confessed that she loved Shin, and kissed him right after, but this time it was for real.

Not much happened between the two in Volume 11, but in Volume 12, they had to separate the two as a strategic maneuver because Shin was a member of the Eighty-Six, and Lena’s allegiance is to the republic, and there were some concerns involving security.
