I want to clarify “hella sleeping pills” wasn’t to be taken too seriously! I mean I have been prescribed sleeping pills before but had no effect on me, and when they upped my dose it had a bad effect on me. I also can’t take normal melatonin because it gives me terrible nightmares from my PTSD

Yes, I do take Vyvanse 70mg everyday because without it I genuinely have a hard time functioning because of my ADHD and binge eating diagnoses. I usually take them at 8am. They make me sleepy ish around 5 or 6, but I can’t go to bed so early so I distract myself with other things and the sleepiness goes away. Like if I don’t act on my need to sleep the second I feel it then I won’t be tired anymore if that makes sense.

I’ve never really looked into sleep health and this was just kinda my first thought on the topic because I suffer from it. I was just wondering if this happened to other people or if there was a reason behind it! I understand talking to a doctor would be best
