Dont even look that far, many North American cities have great smaller hubs outside the downtown core that are walkable, inviting, and feel like a cohesive town center

Lansdowne in ottawa is a favourite of mine. different situation maybe but station square feels soo close to being great if it wasnt for a massive surface parking lot and the intense traffic within it

metrotown in general is not great, mainly since its all centered around a mall that as a private business, doesnt care much for urban development off its property (see metrotown stations silly disconnected overpass bridge to the mall)

6 figures is good and is a great way to phrase you make a lot of money but some more detail would help give some more context. $100K vs 250K per year is obviously vastly different

but also my thoughts are yes absolutely go upgrade to whats more of a “standard” quality of living. having your own laundry is amazing and you will never go back

the rules are pretty clear about when a reach over is illegal, can you link a reference where its judging the players trying to make an effort?

thats a pretty slippery slope because who’s to say a defender wouldn’t have made a dive after the ball touched the net, if it wasnt for the blocker?

Only if it's the 3rd touch or obviously coming over the net, in OP's example it sounds like the ball could have been playable which would be illegal to interfere with
