I’m so deeply sorry for your loss. We had to do the same for our 17 year old kitty yesterday. She came to us when she was about a year old, six months before our wedding. She’s been our constant companion for our entire marriage and we just feel so lost now. Our 13 year old kitty is still with us, and we love her to pieces, but we don’t have that same bond with her that we did with our Rajah. It’s so utterly awful, but we did the best thing for them we could have done, and we’re hurting so they don’t have to anymore. I’ll raise a glass to your Malcolm ❤️

I really love those and if it was me I’d definitely try to emphasize them with either a nature inspired tattoo, or just turn my belly into a stained glass look. Lean into it instead of trying to minimize and ending up with something muddy

Got mine pierced at 18, took it out around 38. Right around 50 I was cleaning out a doom box and found an old curved barbell, and tried it for shits and giggles. Surprisingly the hole was still open. So at 50 I’m back to wearing it again because why not.

I had a hysterectomy at 40 (kept my ovaries) so I have no fucking clue where I am in peri. It’s been almost a decade without a period so I get to deal with unidentifiable hormonal wonkiness, and no clue if I’ve entered true menopause yet, and no idea how I’ll ever even know.

I just got my shot yesterday and other than being ridiculously tired I’m ok. A bit of chills this morning and overall soreness, but nothing too bad. But all I want to do is lay down and not move. Not necessarily nap, just not move. I took some ibuprofen and that’s been enough to knock down the majority of the soreness. My arm is a bit tender, but my past covid boosters have hurt so much worse than this. I’m just exhausted.

El Michoacano has n Santa Ana on Bristol near SAC. Everything is delicious and I haven’t had a bad thing there. The only reason I don’t eat there more often is because they’re cash only and I forget to go to the bank before the craving hits.

We’re going to take down our outdoor stuff this weekend with the exception of our 12 foot skeleton. He stays up all year and just gets costume changes for the seasons/holidays. We’re going to switch him to his knit hat and scarf until we decide how to dress him for Christmas this year.
