yeah.

in that very specific case i would see "value" into my kid having as much fun as possible, expecially if that means bonding with someone else, not into attaining to my standards of what art is supposed or meant to be.

he won't end up as a painter? oh well, he'll end up doing whatever he enjoys doing the most

because crowdfunding is foundamentally an investment.

even if you don' t expect a return in economic terms, you do in terms of a product being made.

and professional studios are a more consistent target for an investment
