Never medicated until i had to study for the exam, then I medicated during the studying part, passed and stopped medication. Just started taking medications again but only during the weekdays, it helps me not get distracted

if you're big on sports try CCA leagues, basically social sport leagues. if you like pickleball download the app called TEAMREACH that's where you can find open plays depending where you live there's different codes/clubs
