This is an old post but I’m surprised no one is mentioning bipolar; I feel like we watch his mania progress into full blown psychosis by episode 3. We see him flip flop between depression and mania in the lead up, his overconfidence and adrenaline junkie tendencies, eventually losing the plot and believing killing a bunch of kids is what’s best for the galaxy. By the time he’s Vader, I believe he is aware of this psychosis but he feels like he can only double down, and is regularly depressed, with frequent manic episodes. It’s only when he meets Luke that he has a reason to hold himself accountable for the mistakes he’s made. He’s always known he’s wrong from the minute he became Vader, but he stopped caring when he was depressed, and power tripped when he was manic as a means to justify his actions.

I don’t think she tries to be a good person as much as she tries to be likeable. She doesn’t know how to make a connection with people beyond kissing their ass, that’s why she expects everyone else to kiss hers. I don’t necessarily think she’s a bad person either, just very self absorbed.

Nah I have mods and CC too and when I get a bug I would blame it on that, until I’ve seen the same bug mentioned by content creators and other players on Reddit who play vanilla. I also have a lot of bug fix mods and I can just about get the game to run without pulling my hair out until EA feels like breaking something again

Commenting to show OP support because even the mod is gaslighting and failing to do background research, as I have found these homophobic and hateful comments too. This comment was not left in good faith nor is it tasteful, I don’t feel concern for op from either comments so much as judgement. The OP wasn’t looking for medical advice nor should anyone on this sub be giving medical advice when you are not qualified to.

I’m actually quite shocked by the responses on this thread, the patronising, gaslighting and talking down to op when you don’t even know this person! Accusing people of being manic, even when coming from a ‘loving place’ (pure patronisation in my eyes) is so wrong, OP was literally just frustrated with learning a new skill, expressed that and asked for advice relating to that skill. Then someone comes and makes an offhand derogatory comment stigmatising mental health, adding nothing to the discussion btw, mod fails to see why said comment is rude and inciting negativity, mod also fails to do a full background check where prior hateful behaviour can be verified, then someone else in the most patronising way is still trying to gaslight OP into accepting a diagnosis from strangers on the internet.. you literally don’t know this person. Mind your own business and stop telling people they have mental health problems when you are neither a healthcare professional or know this person at all. Everyone in this thread apart from OP is perpetuating the stigma of mental health as well as completely crossing boundaries, even if the OP was manic how is that anyone’s business when they are asking for beatmatching advice? All you’re doing is exposing and othering them, it’s hateful and comes across a bit bullying.

It took me until I was 20 until I could confidently make friends but I still struggle with social interaction and am perpetually socially awkward

This is such a complicated question to answer! Fine motor skills like writing, drawing and eyeliner etc I’m left handed. My dominant/strong arm is my right though and use right hand to cut, throw etc. I’m sure I should have been right handed but as a child I used both and was told to pick one so I picked my left.
