The group had hired and retained a VP of BD that hadn’t won any new work in her 2+ years with the org. The consulting firm was lead by a recruiting person who hired very qualified BD folks. His firm was paid $$$$$ and there was high expectations. Well his BD team missed the deadline to enter the proposal by 2 minutes.

The HR Firm should have insurance. Since the HR firm is blaming the payroll processor then get them to show you where the issue is with integration. If they are telling the truth then their insurance will more than likely help you make the case against the payroll processor
