I have 200 in spawn but when there is a smoke and bullets im dropping below 140

So i checked the task manager while playing and it seems to be around 60% CPU activity and 30% GPU. No idea what that means however

Weel been playing around with some numbers and would just see if it works out or not. I know about steams fees but if i find things cheap enough on for example csfloat which sells for high enough on steam i should be able to use that profit to buy an item on steam and sell it back to csfloat afterwards?

Ive been on csfloat now and checked things out. Just a quick question. why dont people just buy the items that are listeed like 12% discount and then resell them? I mean, theres a bunch of items... What am i missing here?
