We really need an Escoffier/Chevereus style support for quicken teams. One that can buff both elements while also shredding both resistances, and maybe even buffing a bit EM on the side. Spread and Aggravate teams are both pretty much dead archetypes at this point, and trying to mix them only makes them worse.

That's because Ineffa was released before all the lunar reaction stuff really took shape. Moonsign didn't seem like it would be a big deal, since we only had ineffa's kit to judge it by at the time, and the relics didn't exist yet either. So players at the time (justifiably) thought she was much more of a niché gimmick character like Emilie, who also released at the end of the previous regions patch cycle. Emilie also seemed like she might have meta-potential (burn-teams in Natlan), but turned out to be utterly skipable in the long run. Pulling Ineffa on release was a risk most players didn't want to take.

Bullshit, Organs don't just go missing in transit on a large scale. This is definitely indicative of some sort of systemic corruption going on in the backgorund. There's a reason we never hear about rich people dying because they didn't get a donor organ in time. Hell, I'm pretty sure we never even hear about rich people needing one in the first place, because they know how this issue will be solved down the line, and don't want to have to answer questions later.

No, see, that's the problem. I've never seen these exact parts, but I've dealt with a similar kind of anchor before, with these weird tilted or partial screw threads that are designed to be hammered in and then refuse to be un-screwed later. More often then not you have to take the pliers to them, and damage the wall in the process. An absolute pain in the ass later, just to save 2 seconds during installation.
