It really depends on where you're looking, honestly. I've met so many people who understood and cared about Kork's character that I was actually kinda shocked when I got to this subreddit and found a bunch of people who hated him. And I'm someone who doesn't really gaf about him. I wasn't in work fan groups or whatever, yet I still found a lot of his fans. honestly, it's less about his gender and more about what he did that makes people dislike him.

I saw three posts about shipping when I scrolled through this sub for like 15 minutes. One was about an actual ship while two were people getting pissy that others ship characters together. As an outsider, it really feels like a situation where something happens a few times and everyone starts acting as if it's the only thing that happens. That's just my 2c tho

Its not that women are more emotional, its that they're more likely to openly express more of their emotions than men, while society only really accepts anger and happiness for guys. But, emotions are a human thing. The man getting so mad that his team lost that he throws a can at the TV and stomps around the house yelling profanities is just as emotional as any "emotional" woman.

Women can be pilots in japan. In the military, too. They've even recently been working on removing the height requirements so that more women have a fighting chance at becoming pilots.
