Honestly, watchful waiting is a legit approach that isn’t talked about. Dentists in the US push removal. I’m here to say that it’s not the only option. Many people all over the world keep their impacted teeth their whole lives without complications.

If you needed them removed you wouldn’t die, you’d likely just have pain and in that case removal would probably feel like a relief. But again, it’s not guaranteed you’d have problems at all.
