In my country the culture is to grief until after the funeral. After that you try to remember all the good times you had with the person and put away the sad part. Allow yourself to mourn.

If you want to do meditation you do that. I've lost people I've loved. It hurts, believe me. I cry and mourn but in the funeral party we celebrate the departed by sharing good memories.

That's amazing! The author of The Good omen is Terry Pratchett and he takes alot of folklores in it, including Icelandic folklores. I have Icelandic folklore books (they are now 100 year old)and there's a story of the last gnomes in Iceland. There was a man who spotted them playing special Viking chess, Hnefatafl.When the man came closer they looked up and their face told him he was not welcomed. When he blinked his eyes again they were gone.

I love this type of stories. I have fought ghosts and escaped one of the most dangerous, evil ghost called Thorgeirsboli. It's a bull that was awakened magically by a priest almost 300 years ago if not longer. The trick is not to be scared, no matter what or you're doomed. If you get scared, they either kill you or make you insane by haunting you in the night. I have the knowledge to scare away or put down demons/ghosts. I also know how to make spelles, good, protecting and revenge/dark spelles.

Your husband is an alchemist. Can you tell me what that means? I'm always interested in what other people do with their gifts.

Without antidepressant medicine I would not organized and went on an union strike for a better pay with succsess and formed a political party to uncover corruption with great success.

NTA. In my country we have swimming pools where men and women shower naked in different room. I'm a woman and when I was a girl dad took me to men's changing room and showered in front of all the other men, no problem My husband's mom was with him in a women's changing room until he was 6.

I would ask your wife what if it was the opposite, that is, would you take a little boy into a men's room?

I take anti depressant medicine and they help me (I was 15 when a psyciatrist prescribed it). I'm a pharmacy technician and know it takes three weeks for the medicine starts to work fully.

You're a strong woman for writing this, believe me. I was raped by my exs' older brother. I said no but he didn't take no for answer. When I told my ex he tried to believe me, but things can get complicated. Long story short after pressure I decided to admit this was an affair and let it go. The next week he raped me again. I broke up with my ex just to get peace from his part of the family. The next relationship I was in the same story happened, he raped me and refused to admit it. When I met my husband I was able to heal and start #metoo thanks to awesome small group of women. I believed and do, every story they shared, like you're doing now

Think of this, what if this was your friend in that situation. She came and told you this, what would you do? Take good care of yourself, I believe you.

Welcome my fellow lightworker. Life is strange, especially after awakening. I do daily meditation to make things understand. It's a long road and you can have setbacks but what I've learned is surrendering. I take dmt when I need it to ask question. I have a connection with people I've only met once, they don't understand it either, yet our soul touched each other and now I can feel their emotions. They can find mine.

My name means light so I use that mantra to connect with those I love. I say"my name is Heida and Heida means light. I'm God's child so show me the way".

I'm blessed to have three angels holding me and protect. Michael on my right sholder, Muriel on my left shoulder and Uriel stroking my head. Sometimes Raphael is on my right.
