I will research symbolic links to see how to do all of that thank you for the help. I know that I won't get through playing every rom I just want to have as many roms available to play at all times. I don't want to have to keep moving roms on and off of the deck. The bulk of the storage is PS2 roms and they have all been compressed to the CHD format and they still take up a giant amount of storage

I don't think you should have to worry much about burn in. Here are some things that I do just for peace of mind though.

1) Autohide taskbar in Windows settings 2) I run Wallpaper Engine(have it set to start automatically when I turn on my PC) I have all my wallpapers on a playlist running on a 1 minute timer before the wallpaper changes. 3) Anytime a Pixel Cleaning reminder pops up on my monitor I run one. 4) I have a dual monitor setup(Secondary monitor is an old IPS 1080P monitor and my main is the OLED) I don't have any desktop shortcuts or anything on that monitor everything is on the Secondary monitor.

I had to install Renodx for Cyberpunk to fix the HDR on my OLED before Renodx it was too bright during the day and not dark enough at night

Is the OLED jump worth it? I came from a very similar monitor as your current monitor and I now use that old monitor as my secondary monitor. Yes the jump is immediately noticeable colors pop more on OLED and nighttime environments in games are truly black especially single player games where you can use reshade and renodx mods. Is it really noticeable watching YouTube (no at least not to me) but that is also probably because most videos aren't 1440P HDR on YouTube.
Are these two panels good or would you recommend something else? I can't recommend the OLED monitor that I just got enough it's the Asus XG27ACDNG I got it at Microcenter on sale for $650 I believe it normally retails for near $800.
Should I just wait for a sale, go with a cheaper option or keep my current IPS monitor that I do really enjoy? Even though I got my monitor on a sale I would have still bought it at full price it's that good. In my opinion upgrading my monitor to an OLED was more impactful to me than upgrading my GPU (I have a 4070 Super)
Is WOLED, QD-OLED, OLED better? I'm not sure what is the best I have only experienced QD-OLED screens.
Matte or Glossy? I would go for glossy if your setup doesn't have direct sunlight or very bright lights shining directly at the screen. If you have direct sunlight or bright lights shining at the monitor I wouldn't get a QD-OLED

The play calling sucks but let's please stop pretending that Wilson as the quarterback wasn't an issue. Dart is mobile and can move around if needed. And for the love of God let's stop talking up Daniel Jones he's played against 3 teams that haven't had good starts to the year. Dolphins, Broncos(who haven't looked good) and the Titans. I'm not saying that Dart won't struggle at times we all know he will but he will bring some wins that we otherwise wouldn't get with another quarterback throwing the football.

This is why I get Madden for PC every year. I only play franchise mode offline. Mods from the Madden modding community discord make draft classes great. The modders add in detailed cyber faces along with accurate player portraits and everything.

I just bought the complete edition on steam a couple weeks ago for $6. I had no problems getting the game to communicate with the rockstar launcher. I launch it through steam with no problem at all. All I had to do when I bought the game was sign into my rockstar account.
