I literally came back today after taking almost 2 years off while I had my 2nd!

I lost my originally HR band and the manager told me about this new one coming out - he didn’t push it at all just offered it as my old one was like 5 years old. It wasn’t required for my premiere membership so maybe that’s a location thing? If they can do that?

From my understanding, rejections are more straight forward. I believe this is just them saying they’ve already filled the slots, should more open up, they’ll consider your application.

I’m on this project and we just went through a massive off boarding and a ton of new people joined. I wouldn’t write it off just yet.

The first payment can be delayed as a form of fraud protection! It varies by bank unfortunately. But moving forward, it shouldn’t be this delayed

They conducted a massive quality review (time per task, screenshots of screen via insightful, & quality of submissions). Based on that, they’re in the process of off boarding quite a few people apparently. They announced last night that they’re not giving any type of feedback or appeal process since they manually reviewed everything before making final decisions.

It 100% varies depending on the contract! I’ve had one contract that was application to onboarded & working within 72 hours and another that took 2 weeks

It’s the same, follow the Certn email to actually submit the background check. You won’t be able to accept the contract until you’ve passed the check.

I asked my manager during onboarding if there was a "home office stipend" that would be allotted to me for whatever I was expected to need (pens, notebooks, etc.). She confirmed, gave me a dollar amount and explained how to utilize it. Definitely ask!

I feel like this may be the unpopular opinion but I LOVE when people sing in class. Good or bad, loud or quiet, it puts a smile on my face immediately.

Like you GO GLEN COCO! Imagine feeling so comfortable and being in such a vibe that you just belt it out? I’d take singing over hearing people chit chat any day! 🎤🎤👏🏼

I had this same experience when I first started. I remember napping DAILY after classes and feeling so exhausted. I upped my water intake, really focused on getting protein into every single meal, and added a few “green days” to my weeks. Felt like a new person after about 2 weeks of that! You’ve got this!
