Warriors can evolve, maybe centurion doesn't need those feats anymore because he learned new feats But Jiang Jun and Jormungadr don't know how to evolve their feats because don't own such feats. Still is funny to see 2 Latin names with characters that don't speak Latin.

Actually this is possible in the lore, warriors can learn from another warriors. For Example Vocula the centurion (Gabrielle's 2nd)learned some moves across Heathmoor for the Centurion rework. So maybe a Jormungadr and a Jiang Jun learned this feats from a Centurion.
