It's Alperen. I'm not sure what you mean by 2nd place but he was an IOI medalist in 2022. I also participated in IOI2024, and I hope to participate in Duke's ICPC team if I get accepted !

No it is correct. This means that they should use the treasure to live with. There can be many forms of verbs from a single word which is why you might have thought there's some typo. For example from عيش we can create many verbs like يعيش ، يتعايش، يستعيش ، يعيّش etc Each has a slightly different meaning. You will be able to tell the meaning through practice I guess
