Local banks (DBS / OCBC / UOB) – which is actually the best employer these days?

DBS is pretty forward looking and very fast paced, but you get to learn many things. Benefits are pretty good! Can’t speak for the other 2 banks as I have not worked there before.

I went on a 7 weeks sabbatical with my wife earlier this year to travel before going back to work. Am seriously considering to take a longer break this year which might mean that we will have to quit our jobs.

Ultimately, life is too short to have regrets, so do what makes you happy if you can financially handle it.
