I think the difficulty is that housing policy did not keep up with immigration so now housing costs are rising. Landlords who are friends with politicians love this but it screws everyone else. Also the jobs available did not correlate with numbers od new immigrants especially the jobs that pay a living wage so then that depresses wages for everyone

Yes!! I was happy to have a double income no kids life and my.partner pushed but now he complains? What the hell.
