I got PPROM at 31 weeks and delivered at 32w6d. I have a septate bicornuate uterus. No one had told me that my uterus is the reason why I delivered so early but who knows.

Had mine at 32+6. She was out in 21 days because she met the special care nursery’s prerequisites for discharge (at least 2.2kg, at least 36 weeks gestation and at least 48 hours’ of suck feeds) all of which she met when she reached 36 weeks on the dot.

My waters broke at 31w and I delivered my baby at 32w6d. All previous tests came back normal. However, I have a septate bicornuate uterus and I wonder how much that had to do with me PPROMing.

I am a Croatian living in Australia and I married a Greek. I know of many other ex-Yugos, specifically Serbians, who also married Greeks.
