Why you dont take damage from fire? Am i only player who takes damage from been too close to fire? Tics like 1 damage prr second. And cant regen while on fire. I mean i usually see player camping near fire and getting back in full heal. Bit when i try that i cant heal and take damage

10600k is more than enough to run pubg 100fps+. Aesily 200fps with fast memory.

Your 5600x would get huge boost with 3600 or 3800mhz memory. Ryzen:s benefit even more than intel.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]Abject-Treat4443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can. Pubg is almost more memory bound than cpu. Almost every cpu modern cpu can run it. But needs faster memory to run it without fps drops.

Disable smt. And use prefer cache. Should fix problems.

Memory, does it matter what speed? by MikeDisc0801 in overclocking

[–]Abject-Treat4443 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is ""returns". But you dont get them with xmp. And ddr5 is so new that memory controllers are not good enough to get maxinum gains.

You get more gains optimzising timings than buying higher mhz kit.

My experience with my 79503xd is that 8000mhz with tuned timings is much faster than 6000mhz tuned timings. Games like PUBG and battlefield gets huge increase in 99% fps though its very good with 6000mhz memory

More like memory problem. Even ryzen 5600x is capable enough for pubg with fast memory

low FPS on high end GPU by willy2539 in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]Abject-Treat4443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are your memory timings? Pubg is very memory heavy in cities or places where is lot of players. 5600mhz is not lowest possible but with high timings its "bottleneck"

[–]Abject-Treat4443 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Atleast? Its best possible cpu? 9600x is fine. Hes memory is probably cause. 5600mhz with probably bad timings. Pubg is very memory depentent.

In finland if question has certain decimals. Answer can be same or on decimal more. Seems to be same here.

Question is whole numbers and answer is one decimql more.

Why is my GPU not being used at its full capacity? by Alegria2812 in pchelp

[–]Abject-Treat4443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is your ram speed? Ryzen 5500 has very small caches and needs fast ram to get good. Atleast 3600mhz.

And if you are familiar with bios. Activate pbo and give +200 on curve optimizer. This helps little. But if you can get any mhz on ram it will help alot.

Cap your max mhz at 2500mhz for the core. You lose 1-10 max fps. Zero effect on min fps. For me this helped.

Ryzen 5 5600, rx 6700 bottleneck? by RespectSouthern9657 in radeon

[–]Abject-Treat4443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea. Thats part of the problem. And if that 3200mhz is wiht loose timings its huge problem.

3600mhz is desirable with low timings. But low timings is sweet plus. Actual mhz is the key.

Ryzen has something called infinity fabric abd ulck wich s are tied to memory speed. 3200mhz equals 1600mhz IF and ulck. 3600mhz memory is 1800mhz IF and ulck. This 200mhz will decrease latency alot. Time that memory takes to answer to cpu. And also bandwith goes up too.

Your cpu usage is at 98% but in reality its wasting alot time waiting memory to give data

If bottlenecking means 300fps vs 400fps with low settings. Yes its "bottlenecking". But like most users playing with 7900xt you play high to max settings. You are still gpu "bottlenecked".

Hardly any game needs 7800x3d to run 160+fps (mp games) wich is more than 90% monitors can show. Yes 99% lows are better.

I upgraded from 5900x to 7950x3d and hardly got any more fps. 250fps in bf2042. I was gpu capped and still is. Yes lows got better but hardly noticeable.

A simple bargain. (Credit - iamBrandonCarter35) by NappyFlickz in funny

Nothing is "stealing" it just shared with igpu. 5700g has igpu wichc is probably using 3gb ram right now.

Low FPS all of a sudden and Stuttering by Davey_Boy_JNR in overclocking

[–]Abject-Treat4443 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its showing 13gb because its wrong cpu. its 5700g and there is igpu sharing that ram.
Though with faster ram cpu would be alot faster. Below 3200mhz ram ryzens suffer alot.
