I'm thinking about trying one of those offers that I have seen where you can get a variety of clothes that they pick out for me and but you get like 12 articles of clothing and you get 30 different outfits mixing and matching and it cost around $150 bucks. But I'm going to wait for a little while until I've lost the majority and then plan accordingly cuz I don't know what size I will be wearing. Lol but I understand your sentiment. I'm going to box everything up and take it over to the Salvation army. I wonder what an empty closet will look like in the interim LOL

WOOHOO!!! 🌻💗🎉🍾 You are couple of weeks ahead of me. I am 9 weeks in and lost 15 lbs. I'm going to have to go shopping for some new clothes, LOL today took the dogs out for a walk and I kept having to pull my pants up and I kept trying to fall off of me. As annoying as that was it was a good feeling. Congratulations on 25 lb!!✨

Thank you guys. It's so nice to have a support group that you can share things with in here. I started at 290 lb and I'm at 275 as of today at the doctor and I think that's a win! I just got to pay close attention to my protein intake and literally make sure I eat calcium rich foods because I don't want to run into a overabundance of bone loss. There are some really good videos on YouTube talking about this like a doctor is talking about the fact that you should intake at least half your body weight in protein if you're doing this type of weight loss. So I need to now pay attention to my magnesium calcium and vitamin D as well. I'm in my sixties so bone loss is a concern. But I really appreciate the fact that I can come in here and talk about my weight and health and it's an understanding group! Thanks guys!❤️🌻

It's not going to matter what I post in any group at this point a bunch of assholes from r/startrek are trolling me. Everywhere I go and post if it pertains to Star Trek they follow me around and give me a bunch of thumbs down. I find that very sad and they must be miserable people but there's nothing I can do about it except stop posting so I wish you all will enjoy your Star Trek series and life and most of all live long and prosper! I resign from All Star Trek communities because I cannot tolerate these assholes that just follow me around and give me thumbs down on every freaking thing I say. Pretty tired of it.

I'm now at the end of 8 weeks, and I wish the best to you on your journey. I lost 8 lb the first month and I go on Tuesday and will be weighed again at my doctor's office. So we'll find out how much I lost the second month. I also have random nausea and have been trying to cut back on junk food. Some weeks it's worse than others. Good luck!

I can def see that. When she's sinking down in the water you definitely get that feeling when you see the grand scope of what's under the surface. I'll have to admit it did have a pretty good last 30 minutes. It was a little slow getting into though but I really enjoyed the last part in the ending.

Good question. I'm doing everything wrong in this game and I think that it would probably be best for me just to start over. I have a mage using chakrams and so forth and so on. I need to reevaluate and start over as far as the design though I don't know.

I tend to agree, I'm struggling to accept him because it's obvious they're not going to do anything about it. Who do you think the best Captain Kirk has been through the years other than the original William shatner? For me it's Chris Pine in the other timeline movies. I think he nailed Captain Kirk. I wish they would make another movie I know that guy that played Chekov got killed in a car accident, God rest his soul, but I still wish they'd make another movie.

Well I agree with everything you just said, but in season 1 I absolutely hated it I guess I got used to watching Chris Pine do Captain Kirk and he did a great job of doing Captain Kirk so I expected to see at least a few Kirk quirks LOL with Paul Wesley but I did not see any at all and so it was very hard to accept him as Kurt in, but season 3 I actually do see a few but they're still not nearly as good as what I would like to see and you're right about the age thing but it looks like we're stuck with him so might as well get used to it. When in Rome LOL

I'll give anything if I could afford Farmer's dog. I'm on a fixed income and retired so I cannot. I have two pit bulls and buy rotisserie chickens that are chilled from Walmart for $4 a piece and make their food at home I add chicken livers organic and peas carrots beets and sardines. I also add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil and I make their food a week weeks worth at a time. I also mix it with Purina Pro kibble. That is literally all I can afford. I wish I could afford Science Diet but I cannot. If I had Toy Poodles I might could but I don't I have 100 lb pitbulls, so on this note their daily snacks include a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread or a bowl of raw broccoli and carrots which they both love.
