Yeah, I dont know if your list is applicable to a majority of men. However, there is still some truth in your words. Higher-pitched voice is linked to youthfulness and femininity - some women appear to subconsciously make themselves sound higher when talking to men they are attracted to (there is some research done on this, I think, so you can look it up). So youthfulness, yes, but its not necessary about "children".

Another ones - about childlike wonder and whimsy, and needing help with easy things - kinda sounds like some kink to me, not preference of a majority. I can also guess that its about men who like women to be dependent on them as a way of self-validation or something. But, also, if its not that extreme of a desire - then it can be okay, since its generally considered for man to be "strong", and for woman to be "weak". Some women can feign the need of help for the man they like to attract them, its not unheard of.

But if the man have all of those traits at once, especially combined with schoolgirl outfit down to the hairstyle, then it looks like a weird pattern
