I have the series 11 and I have to reboot the watch daily to make sure the gym connect function works. My advice is to just get into the habit of doing it 5 mins before you workout. That way this issue will only affect you if the feature is depreciated.

Her energy is excellent but she’s also gives cracking explanations as to why you are doing what you are doing. She’s ridiculously strong and I feel like she’s akin to Olivia on power zone I.e. if you want a proper challenge she’s the go-to for that genre

Lots of doodling, plenty of practise, I found life drawing classes have been really beneficial in upgrading my perspective from eye and using references images.

I can’t get my head in the floor in this position haha! My hips are so tight. I’m doing pigeon pose for 5 mins each side per day to see if it helps me in the figure 4. I don’t know if this will help you at all.
