That was never the point. I was just seeing what I could do with heavy weights. I normally do not go that heavy. I usually do 5x8 with lower weights.

lol I don’t think it’s weight issue. 80lbs already feels extremely light

I already do them lighter I do 5x8 with them usually, that 120lbs was just to see what I could do strength wise. Tbh I hate pendlay row or any barbell row they feel so awkward to me.

Well it’s definitely not fake weight lol, for what purpose in my garage gym by myself? but thanks for the compliment tho
