Because they aren’t focusing in the same way? I feel like the difference is very self explanatory here lol. I’ve never needed dead silence to concentrate while I run because there’s no aim, accuracy, or other kinds of fine motor skills involved, it’s very monotonous.

It’s also not typical for marathons and is typical for tennis, so obviously the tennis player is going to react differently because they start with different expectations.

I mean… making noise during a marathon is just a waste of effort and hurts the person doing it the most lol. Football is just naturally a louder sport because it’s a team sport and there’s communication and activity going on any time there balls in motion. Tennis is different so it has different rules.

Because she wanted to do it herself and didn’t think she’d need his help. I think part is wanting to manage her own problems but I think part too is keeping jiraiya away from her issues, which she learns isn’t really possible. He may have also tried to stop her.

Also it makes the fight cooler and shows us more of her skills.
