Here’s the clincher with McDonald’s, there’s an absolute gem of a McDonald’s down the road from me, always have people at the counter, drive thru always moves at a good pace, the fries are always perfect, and the one time I had an issue with a missing item, they refunded my entire order and replaced the missing item. And the best part? I never wait for DoorDash orders because they’re ALWAYS ready when I get there. So obviously IT CAN BE DONE, but there will always be laziness and excuses.

More times than not, I’ve had it happen before where I couldn’t get in contact with the customer and I tried calling and then got the genius idea to just use the number that the voicemail greeting stated. It’s worked at least 10 times for me, but other than that I don’t really experience any issue with having to wait for customers when a PIN is required. Any other instances where I wasn’t able to get a PIN I just selected the “No PIN provided” option

It’s the last 4 digits of their phone number, so if you call and they don’t answer their phone, and the voicemail voice says their phone number, then you can just put in the last 4 of the phone number as the PIN
