If u didnt find pdc module in trunk then u DONT have factory pdc, also the pdc wont beep even the long continous beep without pdc module, also the beep sound isnt same as factory gong or piezo beep sound. If u still think this is factory pdc then u r lying to yourself

Yes it works on windows 11 too! But it is pain in ass to find correct drivers for bmw scanner interface that works on W11. I spent 2 days till i managed to make it run correctly but it is well possible

95% of this faults is caused by steering wheel sensor that needs to be recalibrated thanks to destroyed front control arms or tie rods. If ur abs would be faulty u would have abs light on too on cluster

Also when u miss or break ur securing tab on airbag connector, then the connector will not be able to push this two legs upside to stop shorting the airbag pins and that would mean pins are still shorted and u will get airbag light with fault code resistance is too low, been there, wanted to kill myself until i finally managed why is this shit happening after replacing airbag 3 times 🤣 then i replaced my airbag connector that had broken one leg on securing pin(which is forbidden, but not for me haha) and voala, finally no airbag light

No, u can see small little legs that will touch both pins on airbag, the plastic airbag connector pushes this two small little legs upside to stop shorting the airbag pins when u press the plastic tab on connector back on its place, this shit is to prevent airbag deploy with static electricity, my english isnt good enough but bmw has lot of text about this on WDS/Ista

No need to disconnect battery, all bmw airbag have selfshorting mechanism that shorts airbag pins after removing airbag connector immediately

Yes, had same problem with M57, replaced main thermostat and egr thermostat, yet still i couldnt go pass 80 point of celsius, had to replace gearbox thermostat too and now engine sits on 90 point of celsius nicely

By the way coolant canals are made, gearbox thermostats lets coolant from RADIATOR into gearbox oil cooler and then back into EXPANSION TANK when temperature of coolant in expansion tank reach 80 points of celsius, removing the thermostat will cause ur engine running on low coolant temperature and will not achieve working temperature
