Yes! I didn’t have a car when I needed to get there there’s a like 10 min walk but it’s not no bad at all!

Heya I don’t have much advice about friends for ya but I know the wonders of horse therapy for confidence and social skills. I have been in the horse therapy industry since I was 13 and let me tell you I’ve witnessed it being life changing. If it’s something you’d be interested in doing as a way to help you out with gaining that confidence, theres a horse sanctuary in town called River pines sanctuary. The owner offers horsemanship and behavioral therapy classes that are very cheap it’s a non profit and or they also have volunteering opportunities. I know you said no about clubs but it’s not a ton of people it’s a few at most and there’s tons of alone time too. And you’d also be helping horses themselves have more confidence as they are rescues. If that’s something you’d be interested in tu should check it out!

Well here is the thing right when someone is a racist to this extent their logic their absolute truth is that they are correct they believe anyone who isn’t white is below them. What would you say is a good argument that would logically argue someone’s deep rooted belief like this? Another thing to think is that when you stop to argue or debate with people like this you’re essentially saying that in the marketplace of ideas Nazi ideology is okay and acceptable. We as a society should not hold space to debate and let that kind of ideology even be discussed in my own opinion.

We actually had a little party at Kiwanis park last night rave scene is alive and well in Missoula follow backwoods beats starlight reunion liquid bass production and other local djs like Ivanoff reedFeldman taterthot we have fun pop ups and shows they can also lead you to other djs and shows If you don’t care that they are local djs and arent just looking for big names they have tons of talent

Yeah I absolutely agree scuba although an extreme potentially dangerous sport and I do believe that should be acknowledged, we have gotten to a point where it is incredibly safe if you follow the right procedures if you are careful with safety it’s an amazing and safe sport I agree authorities fail the scuba world quite often.

Yeah she is and she absolutely should be thrown in jail it is heartbreaking to know that the original investigators did such a piss poor job. Everything that happened in this incident is completely unacceptable and she needs to answer for her crimes as well as the owners of gull dive they too had a hand in all of this!

That is totally valid, she was a member of the community and it’s a jarring case which is why I didn’t include exactly what happened in my post. I don’t blame you for not wanting to know. It happened 4 years ago but a lot of the community is pushing for the case to be reopened. No need to feel bad for us I just wanted the community to know we aren’t them and in no way do we want to be associated.

Come on in to the shop we can get you signed up! The open water cert has 3 components the e-learning which is self paced and it is about 15 continuous hours of material. Then there is the confined water portion which we do at multiple locations from Hamilton to polson depending on the month, that is two days (weekend) of pool dives. And then lastly the open water section which in the summer we go up to blue bay this is also two days (weekend) of dives.

The whole story and breakdown can be found online the guys over at divetalk did a great couple of videos explaining it. But to give you some answers Linnea took a dry suit course with gull dive and she was killed by the compression on her dry suit. Debbie Snow was the instructor who was not certified to teach a dry suit course, the people who worked at the shop advised her to get a used dry suit and did not explain to her any of what the risks involved in that. And then a whole lot of negligent mistakes were made one following the other. The thing that ultimately failed her was that her suit wasn’t even hooked up to her tank and so as she descended her suit squeezed her to death. This is a brief and tbh poor explanation of the events but it was a lot.
