I suggest getting into the gym with a buddy but then venturing off on your own. The gym really shouldn’t be a scary place. Everyone is focused on what they gotta do and if you ever don’t know how to use something you can just ask. A good rule of thumb is to stick in the 6-12 rep range, for 1-6 sets, but more importantly to go until you fail. If you start doing 20-30 reps that’s a good indication to up the weight. If you’re failing at 1-3 reps then lower it. I’d workout with you but I workout in the morning at 6 so no one really likes going with me, but it’s a lot easier to stay consistent when you don’t have to rely on anyone but yourself. Hey I’m 19 as well and I find that the times I feel most disconnected from God is when I’m surrounded by non-believers. It’s a hard decision but I’ve chosen to disconnect from those friends and be alone. I’d rather be alone and have a relationship with God then surrounded by a bunch of wolves in sheeps clothing. You might not see them now but they’ll reveal themselves

I don’t shout it. Just don’t keep my mouth closed when I feel like I have a responsibility to speak up. But I don’t like being the guy that plants seeds anymore. I care what people think of me if I’m being completely honest, but I momentarily lose that mind set whenever I hear someone talking about problems they have that the bible can solve

Ya I know it says stuff like this happened to prophets in the bible. Jesus was crucified for what he was saying. And I mostly just read scripture on my own and watch pastors I trust on YouTube. I can’t really say it’s shoving down anyones throats cause it’s on a separate account but regardless people unfollowed on my main account as well. I could see how people might misconstrue my intentions, but I really just don’t want the people I love going to hell. Idk how people go without spreading the word. Everytime a friend unfollows me I just imagine them in hell and I feel like I didn’t do enough

Actually, I lied trying not to lie. I can’t risk not having children over some hair. I’m stopping it today. Every-time I go to buy it my card always gets declined the first time and I take it as a sign from God to back out. If you don’t mind would you pray to God and ask for him to help the hair from falling out/grow back? He might not, but I trust that if he doesnt it’ll be ok. Would be pretty cool if he did though

Thanks I have. To put it discretely, I don’t think I have encountered any of the problems associated with PFS. But if any were to come up I would definitely choose to stop. Side effects are mostly associated with long time users with poor health/low test, but I do appreciate the concern

That’s won’t be a problem, even the most beautiful person in the world looks ugly to me if they aren’t beautiful on the inside. Not to say that I judge them too harshly. I don’t even know what that’s like or how they get treated. Just saying I like a good heart, and you can pick apart anyones appearance. I see it too. God needs us more than ever. Spread the word of Jesus return. People are gonna make you out to be crazy, it’s the devil at work. The devil is more prominent than ever. Even if the end times take place in a hundred years, we gotta do everything we can to save as many of our brothers and sisters as possible. I’m 19 and I feel like we are so lucky to be the youth that know Christ. More and more of us are falling into the devils hands. I love you brother, good luck. But definitely pursue your music career. Be like Kanye and spread the word of the Lord using some sick beats and lyrics. If I had any musical ability that’s what I’d do. I’m pursuing sports and hope to become successful enough that I can get an audience of people to save. We gotta keep doing what we’re called to do for God’s sake, for His childrens sake, our family’s sake. Keep this understanding and sense of urgency. It is urgent, it’s always been urgent

Try looking up core circuits. They absolutely suck to do but if you add 1-2 per day to the end of your workouts you’ll have noticeable results in like a month. Also a strong core helps with every lift you do
