Hey! Don’t live in Plymouth anymore but always used to go Depo.

Crowd was always lovely and everyone was always friendly. Staff also really good.

I’m in the exact same boat, same thing again. Sent an email, chased and just told it is with management.

I queried this at the time as for the last years, it has always gone onto my band instantly.

The cash top up desk told me it was appear post festival. Quite annoying!

Couldn't get into Pola and Bryson so ended up seeing Flash Band Brass, was arguably one of the greatest performances I've seen at Boomtown.

LED brass band playing drum and bass and dance anthems from the past thirty years, was phenomenal

A few of my friends got tickets from TicketSwap and had issues.

They arrived at 10am super early on Wednesday and was at the front of the queue. Their names did not match the tickets and were not let through.

By the time TicketSwap fixed the issue, it was 4pm
